Finance Assistant required by required by well-established and growing Electrical Contractors based in Maidstone, Kent. Salary Negotiable depending on skills and experience. Part time flexible hours of between 25-40 hrs/wk considered for the right candidate
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly and motivated team. This role offers the chance for a dedicated and positive individual to help support a finance team. Role:
-Assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll
-Procure POs from clients
-Manage credit control
-Review and monitor purchase invoices against POs
-Manage internal accounts filing
-Manage expenses, credit cards and petty cash
-Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems
-Assist the Financial Director with all appropriate accounting duties
-Mange submissions of invoices on client portals.
Key Attributes:
You will be a proactive and methodical individual who possesses excellent communication skills. You will have an attention to the finer details with the ability to work well as part of a team, with a proven track record of working with colleagues and dealing with incoming customer and supplier queries.
Ideally you will be a quick learner who has experience of working with SAGE or a similar accounting system.
