A leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries company, with iconic brands like So…? Fragrance, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Assistant to join their growing business. Based in Harrow (West London HA1). Salary: £24000 - £28000, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated digital-native marketer to join a young and creative Team. You will be supporting all digital activities, leading the optimisation of the Brand’s performance online, and using different tracking tools to analyse and provide data driven recommendations to grow the brand’s digital footprint.

Key responsibilities:
-Growing and maximising the presence of the brand on Amazon, setting up new products with fully optimised content for all fields (including A+)
-Continuous optimisation and maintenance of the Brand’s website
        -using Google Analytics and other measuring tools to report on website KPIs
        -analysing the consumer journey and improving the user experience with resort to continuous testing
        -creating SEO content for every new product and for the website’s blog
        -setting-up promotions and keeping an adequate product stock level
        -launching ecomm-exclusive product innovations
-Managing and implementing the digital adds plan&budget, according to the brand’s objectives and campaign calendar, for Google, Social and Amazon (i.e. PPC, display, sponsored brand, etc)
-Being the brand keeper for all Ecomm platforms where the Brand is present, including retailers with online presence and etailer platforms. Providing guidance to optimize the brand’s performance on each site.
-Responding to customer enquiries online
-Supporting the Team and the Marketing Manager in any other department needs.

Skills and Experience required: 
-At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in digital marketing
-Educated to a degree level or equivalent by experience
-Analytical mindset, able to derive trends and insights from data, and make sound data-based decisions
-Familiar with Social Media and Ecomm KPIs, clearly understanding the business impact of each metric
-Experience handling SEO/SEA, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics tools
-Experience running a brand on Amazon, understanding how the platform ranks products and how to benefit from its algorithms
-Fluid copywriting, able to integrate SEO and converting CTAs into consumer enticing descriptions
-Proficiency (native level) in written English
-Good command of Microsoft Excel.

-High organisational skills, with a proven track record of coping with multiple tasks
-Test & learn mindset, with notions of targeting and A/B testing
-Experience in a start-up and/or fast growing e-commerce business
-A passion for all things fashion and beauty is desired but not essential.
