Essential Skills/Attributes:
Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills with external clients
Works well under pressure
Good timekeeping
Experience of supporting bespoke software
Oracle RDBMS administration
Proficiency in SQL
IIS administration 6.0 or higher
Understanding of .net framework
Other Useful Skills:
Programming background (C# / C++)
Previous training or presentation experience
Web Forms
Experience:
Solid experience supporting bespoke software for end-users at all levels
Investigating and diagnosing issues in complex systems
